Illegal Alien with New York CDL Who Can’t Speak English Almost Kills Motorists After Unsecured Tires Fly Out of His Truck (VIDEO)
When states such as New York and California issue commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) to individuals who are in the country illegally, it raises serious public safety concerns for motorists nationwide.
On Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released video footage of an illegal immigrant driving on U.S. Highway 69 in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, while hauling unsecured tires in the bed of a truck. During the drive, multiple tires came loose, bouncing across the highway and striking an Oklahoma Highway Patrol vehicle, creating a significant traffic hazard.
After the driver pulled over, state troopers approached and quickly determined he did not speak or understand English. Further investigation revealed that the driver had previously lived in New York, where he obtained a commercial driver’s license. ICE later confirmed that the man was in the United States illegally after crossing the southern border through Mexico.
Here’s what @OHPDPS reported:
Last month, Troop E troopers were traveling on US-69 in Pittsburg County when a commercial motor vehicle hauling a load of loose tires lost part of its cargo. The tires bounced over the barrier wall and struck an OHP unit, creating a serious safety…

The driver was identified as Kutmanali Bekbolot, a native of Kyrgyzstan in Eastern Europe.
Local law enforcement, working alongside ICE, took the driver into custody. Authorities emphasized that illegal immigrants holding CDLs pose heightened safety risks, particularly when they cannot read road signs or comply with federally required safety standards for commercial drivers. Officials noted that the outcome could have been far worse given the number of tires that fell from the truck. Fortunately, only a single patrol vehicle was damaged, and no injuries or fatalities were reported.
The incident occurred last month.
In a statement, ICE praised the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for their response: “This illegal alien with a New York CDL doesn’t speak English and could have killed Oklahoma drivers with flying tires if it weren’t for our OK Highway Patrol 287(g) partners — well done, troopers, and we’re glad you’re safe!”
ICE also released video showing the tires violently bouncing across the roadway, striking a patrol unit and narrowly missing other vehicles. The agency noted that other illegal immigrant truck drivers issued CDLs in states like California have been involved in deadly crashes in recent months.
Last month, California revoked approximately 17,000 commercial driver’s licenses after Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced the state had improperly issued them to foreign drivers who did not meet federal safety requirements.
