WATCH: Alleged “Illegal Alien” Walks Free After Missouri Citizen’s Arrest – Then Brutally Assaults and Attempts to Rape Local Masseuse Just Days Later
A man identified as Oliver Valle-Ramos was taken into custody by a local resident after he was allegedly seen attempting to break into a home and then trying to enter vehicles at a nearby business. He was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
According to reports, Valle-Ramos was not held in custody and was released after that initial arrest.
Several days later, authorities say Valle-Ramos entered a local massage business and carried out a violent sexual assault against a woman working there. Court filings allege he first claimed he needed a massage but said he could not pay. Once the session began, prosecutors state he exposed himself, made a sexual demand, and then attacked the victim when she refused. The complaint further alleges he physically assaulted her during the incident, causing injuries, before the assault was interrupted when another person entered the room. He was later arrested and reportedly told police his actions were wrong.
Valle-Ramos is now facing multiple felony charges, including attempted rape in the first degree, first-degree sexual misconduct, second-degree assault, and stealing. A judge ordered him held without bond, citing him as a danger to the community and a potential flight risk.
The case has drawn significant attention locally after a resident who helped detain him earlier shared details about the initial incident and the subsequent allegations. Prosecutors say the investigation is ongoing.
