RECIPE:
Chicken Cordon Bleu
In a crockpot layer the following:
3 chicken breast
Deli ham slices
Deli swiss cheese slices
Soup mixture (see below)
1 box dry stuffing mix, savory herb or chicken
1/2 cup butter thinly sliced
Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours
Soup mixture:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Whisk until blended
