The Gateway Pundit met with Yehuda Miller, who can be seen proudly standing next to one of the largest election FOIA hauls in U.S. history on the same day he picked up the documents from the City of Detroit.

Last week, Yehuda Miller announced he had successfully obtained nearly one million election-related documents from the City of Detroit and Wayne County via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). His initial request was denied, but Miller persisted—retaining a top FOIA attorney who filed a lawsuit and won access to the materials before the 22-month federal retention period expired.

The released documents include absentee ballots, signed ballot envelopes, absentee applications, Qualified Voter File (QVF) data, and total tally tapes—even from Detroit precincts flagged as out of balance. With these records, Miller has now completed his data collection from the 2020 election in Detroit.

The Gateway Pundit, which received access to the material, is collaborating with election integrity experts in Michigan to analyze the data. Many observers in Michigan have called Miller’s FOIA victory a “miracle” given the volume and potential implications of the records obtained.

The Gateway Pundit has been reporting on alleged irregularities in the 2020 Detroit election since the day after polls closed. One widely discussed incident involved a white van delivering absentee ballots through a rear entrance at the TCF Center in the early morning hours. Founder Jim Hoft acquired surveillance footage showing two white vans, escorted by a black rental car, delivering boxes of ballots. The footage also shows a person dressed as a TCF supervisor interacting with the vehicle just before the drop-off.

During ballot processing, Republican poll challengers were reportedly told to take a break while “military ballots” were prepared, only to find themselves locked out upon return. Meanwhile, Democrat poll challengers remained in the room and used pizza boxes to cover windows when Republicans protested.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson dismissed concerns over the window coverings in a radio interview, prompting further criticism. In 2022, The Gateway Pundit released surveillance footage from Detroit’s absentee ballot drop boxes showing alleged ballot harvesting and violations by USPS workers—yet no charges were filed. Benson labeled the actions “normal and legal” on the state’s official election fact-checking page, while Attorney General Dana Nessel did not comment.

The report also references GBI Strategies, a Democrat-aligned group reportedly funded by the Biden campaign and Senator Gary Peters. The group came under scrutiny after a supervisor submitted between 8,000 and 10,000 potentially fraudulent voter registrations just before the 2020 election. Despite a two-year investigation by state and local police, the case was handed over to the FBI, which has refused to release further details, citing an ongoing investigation.

Conservative commentator Dan Bongino, now Deputy Director of the FBI, previously called The Gateway Pundit’s reporting on GBI Strategies “the best evidence” of large-scale voter fraud, citing the extensive documentation.

In a related development, Detroit activist Ramon Jackson presented findings to the Michigan House Election Integrity Committee, which he and others believe expose key vulnerabilities in Detroit’s election process.

Miller’s FOIA materials are now in the hands of those advocating for a criminal investigation into election-related misconduct in Detroit.
