How to Make Cottage Cheese Chips
Just as the name implies, these crisps are made by baking off mounds of cottage cheese until they dehydrate into chips. As long as you have patience—about 30 minutes for this snack to get crunchy—you’re in for a delicious treat. Heads up: You may need to open the oven a few times to check their appearance and make sure they come out just right.
Another important thing to note is that you’re working with cottage cheese, which, when crisped up, will naturally stick to its surface. To prevent a mess—and for easy release—prepare your pan with a layer of parchment paper, so you won’t have to deal with the rounds glued to your pan.
