Can anyone tell me what this is called?

i’m trying to figure out what this stuff is called (i’m assuming they are wall panels, but what exactly) so i can figure out it’s properties and whether they are exterior rated. fairly solid PVC or similar, not heavy, slot together along the edges, roughly 8’x12″x3″. help appreciated!
