Ingredients

  • 1 cup (5.3 oz) Siggi’s 0% Plain Skyr
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 packed cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 to 1 cup coconut water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions
