VIDEO: Rapper Ice Spice Slapped in the Face at Los Angeles McDonalds, ‘This Wouldn’t Happen at Wendys’
Rapper Ice Spice was involved in a physical altercation at a McDonald’s in Hollywood earlier this week, an incident that was captured on video and quickly spread across social media.
The confrontation reportedly happened on Wednesday while Ice Spice, whose legal name is Isis Gaston, was eating with a friend. According to multiple reports, a woman identified as “Vayah” approached their table, tried to start a conversation, and asked if she could join them.
Ice Spice and her companion were not receptive and signaled for the woman to move away.

Tensions escalated quickly after that exchange. Video obtained by TMZ shows the situation turning physical when Vayah struck Ice Spice in the face. The footage also shows Ice Spice reacting by moving over tables toward the woman, while other customers attempted to step in and separate those involved.
Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, later confirmed that the incident has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department. He stated that legal action is being considered. He also raised concerns about the restaurant’s security, saying they are looking into whether the venue failed to provide adequate protection.
“We will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly,” Cohen said, adding that the establishment’s role in the incident is also under review.

The woman involved later gave her account to TMZ, claiming Ice Spice was disrespectful during the interaction and alleging the rapper used insulting language toward her.
Ice Spice addressed the situation on Friday through a post on X, sharing the TMZ footage and adding a brief comment: “this wouldn’t happen at Wendy’s.”
As of now, authorities have not announced any arrests connected to the incident.
