Convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein had what one of his alleged victims described as an “extremely deformed” penis, shaped like a lemon, according to a recent interview.

Rina Oh, who has long claimed she was among the many young women abused by Epstein, shared the revelation in a Substack conversation with magazine editor Tina Brown.

“He had an extremely deformed penis,” Oh, 46, said. “Some people have described it as the shape of an egg. I think it was more like a lemon, and it was really small when fully erect—probably around two inches.”

Speculation about Epstein’s genitalia first surfaced in 2009 during a civil lawsuit brought by several underage alleged victims. A newly resurfaced clip shows an attorney asking Epstein directly about the so-called egg-shaped description.

“One witness described your penis as oval-shaped, thick toward the bottom but thin and small at the head, and called it egg-shaped,” the attorney stated, just before Epstein’s lawyer intervened and threatened to end the deposition.

Oh also suggested that Epstein’s reported physical attributes may have contributed to his abusive behavior.

The mother of two claimed that Epstein and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, began grooming her as early as 2000, under the guise of interest in her artwork. She also described a toxic dynamic between the two, fueled by Maxwell’s jealousy.

“Their relationship was very awful, very strange,” Oh said. “I didn’t suspect a romantic relationship. I thought she was just an associate. I saw them arguing, with Ghislaine snickering at him in that British accent, and they were hurling insults at each other.”
