Lawless Clinton Judge BLOCKS President Trump’s Proof of Citizenship Requirement on Federal Voter Registration Forms
Apparently, Judge Kollar-Kotelly wants illegals to vote in US elections.
A federal judge has blocked President Trump’s requirement that individuals provide proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, who was appointed to the United States District Court in May 1997, sided with Democratic groups that challenged the policy. The judge ruled that the requirement violated the separation of powers.
The decision marks a setback for the administration, which has argued that proof of citizenship is necessary to ensure election integrity and maintain public confidence that only eligible voters participate in U.S. elections.

Judge Kollar-Kotelly also serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine in a program focused on mental health and the law and chairs the Board of the Art Trust for the Superior Court.
Earlier in 2024, the judge partially blocked a related executive order on election integrity. She has also presided over cases involving protest activities, including sentencing a 76-year-old pro-life activist, Paulette Harlow, to prison for her participation in protests outside an abortion clinic. Reports indicate Harlow has significant health issues.
The ruling has drawn criticism from supporters of President Trump, who argue that measures like proof of citizenship are necessary to protect the integrity of U.S. elections.
