Trump Gets Standing Ovation At Israel’s Parliament, Knesset Backs Him For Next Year’s Nobel Peace Prize
The Israeli PM further thanked Trump for his pivotal leadership "for the proposal that got the backing of the entire world. A proposal that brings all our hostages home. A proposal that ends the war by meeting all our objectives."

Jerusalem — President Donald Trump received a standing ovation from Israeli lawmakers as he entered the Knesset on Monday, during his brief visit to Israel following his successful mediation of a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
Applause echoed through the chamber for several minutes as members of the Knesset rose to their feet, cheering while President Trump entered alongside his special envoy Steve Witkoff, senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner, and daughter Ivanka Trump.
During the session, several lawmakers referred to President Trump as the “President of Peace” and announced that Israel’s parliament would work to rally international support for nominating him for the Nobel Peace Prize next year.

Netanyahu Praises Trump’s “Unparalleled Support” for Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed deep gratitude for President Trump’s steadfast friendship and decisive actions in support of Israel.
“Mr. President, you brokered the Abraham Accord, you withdrew from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, you supported Operation Rising Lion, and you made the bold decision to launch Operation Midnight Hammer,” Netanyahu said, addressing Trump directly.

He continued, “A little after midnight, you really hammered them. Donald Trump is the greatest friend Israel has ever had in the White House. No American president has ever done this much for Israel.”
Netanyahu went on to commend Trump for his leadership in advancing “a proposal that gained the backing of the entire world — a proposal that brings all our hostages home and ends the war by achieving all our objectives.”
