1(10.5 ounce) cancream of chicken soup
½cupcottage cheese
½cupsour cream
4ouncescream cheese, at room temperature
1 ½teaspoonsCreole seasoning
½teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder, divided
5cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley
30buttery round crackers (such as Ritz), crushed
4tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1teaspoonsliced scallions, or to taste
