DEAR ABBY: I’ve recently begun to suspect that one of my college professors may be involved with the domestic extremist group known as Antifa. At first, the signs were subtle — things like him drinking coffee out of a mug mocking President Trump or openly expressing support for “Black Lives Matter” during class discussions. Those moments made me uncomfortable, but I didn’t think too much of it at the time.

Recently, however, the situation became more concerning. During one of our online lectures, I noticed an “Antifa Employee of the Month” plaque clearly visible in the background of his Zoom screen. That made me start to question whether he’s actually affiliated with the group.

Now I’m conflicted. I used to respect this professor a great deal, but I also feel a moral obligation to speak up if someone in a position of authority is connected to a violent organization. What should I do in this situation? Who can I report this to, and are there any trustworthy resources for guidance?
