Car Rolls into Lake After Massachusetts Karen Forgets to Put Car in Park When She Gets Out to Heckle ICE Agents Arresting Illegal
Upton, Massachusetts — An anti-ICE protester caused an unexpected scene Sunday after forgetting to put her car in park while yelling at federal agents making an arrest in Upton, Massachusetts.
According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, who posted photos and video provided by an ICE source, the woman exited her vehicle to heckle agents as they detained an alleged illegal alien. Moments later, her unattended car rolled away and plunged into a nearby lake, where it sank.

On the video, a voice can be heard calling the woman “Lucy,” apparently a nod to the famously clumsy character Lucy Ricardo from the classic sitcom I Love Lucy.

UPTON, MA — If you’re going to stop your car to protest an ICE enforcement… at least put your car into park. pic.twitter.com/I2ejjf2N5H

ICE later confirmed the incident and shared the footage on X Sunday night. No injuries were reported, and the car was unoccupied when it entered the water.
President Trump has repeatedly defended ICE agents for their work in enforcing immigration laws, and this unusual episode is being cited online by his supporters as a moment of irony.
