Pork Chops Sauerkraut Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 3 cups sauerkraut
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions until translucent.
- In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, sauerkraut, and sautéed onions. Pour chicken broth over the layers.
- Place browned pork chops on top. Season with salt and pepper.
