This crockpot kielbasa is a delicious, minimal-prep recipe perfect for serving as a side dish with dinner or for company. My husband would live on this if I let him. Our entire family loves it. This is a slow cooker recipe that’s too easy not to try.

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer

Directions

  1. Combine kielbasa, sauerkraut, and beer in a slow cooker. Cook on Low until kielbasa is tender and plump, 5 to 6 hours.
