Irate Domino’s delivery driver runs over ‘f–king rude’ customer who stiffed him on a tip
A Missouri pizza delivery driver is in custody after authorities say he deliberately struck a customer with his vehicle following an argument over a tip.
Zachary Nicholus Walton, 36, was arrested Wednesday night after what began as a routine delivery in Fulton escalated into a confrontation captured on surveillance video. According to court records, Walton became angry when he did not receive a tip and began shouting profanities at the customer and another individual at the scene.
Investigators say Walton continued to provoke the situation, challenging the individuals before returning to his vehicle. As he attempted to leave, he initially backed into the roadway. At that point, the customer was walking along the driveway.

Police allege Walton then put the car in drive and accelerated forward, hitting the customer. Authorities noted that the victim was not blocking Walton’s exit at the time of the incident.
The victim was knocked onto the vehicle and suffered injuries including damage to a hand, scrapes on the shin, and ongoing pain after the impact.

After the incident, Walton fled the area but was later located at a local Domino’s location. According to police, he admitted to driving toward the victim, claiming he intended only to frighten him.
Walton, who has prior arrests for domestic assault and false imprisonment, now faces multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, and armed criminal action, according to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.
He is currently being held without bond.
