Affiliated Illegal Alien Lures 15-Year-Old Missouri Boy into Trap and Guns Him Down as He Begs for His Life

Weak border policies from previous Democrat administrations continue to have deadly consequences for American citizens.

According to the Springfield Daily Citizen, 18-year-old Yefry Archaga was taken into custody Tuesday in Webb City, Missouri, and charged with first-degree murder for the killing of 15-year-old Miles Young last month.

Archaga, who is Honduran, has an active immigration detainer and is reportedly originally from Honduras. Jail records also indicate he may have ties to local gangs. Another suspect, 18-year-old Praize King, had already been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the case.

Ozarks First reported that on March 12, a juvenile suspect met with Archaga, two juvenile witnesses, and another underage suspect at a Springfield residence to plan how to lure Young into a trap. The juvenile suspect reportedly believed Young was involved in a homicide from the previous year.

The plan was set in motion that day. The juvenile suspect, along with Archaga and the witnesses, drove around Springfield before retrieving a second vehicle, a black Mercedes, to pick up Young. Archaga rode in the second vehicle, while the juvenile suspect drove the first.

When Young arrived at the residence with another juvenile witness, he was warned not to go with the juvenile suspect, as the witnesses feared it was a setup. Law enforcement reports indicate the suspect blamed Young for a 2025 homicide.

Young was driven toward West Maplewood Street, where the road was reportedly blocked by an adult suspect. Young tried to flee, but Archaga, wearing a ski mask and carrying a Glock-style pistol, chased him and shot him multiple times. Young reportedly begged for his life before Archaga fired the fatal shot.

Greene County deputies and Emergency Medical Services responded immediately and transported Young to Cox South Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Archaga is now being held without bond at the Greene County Jail.
