Pro-ICE ads reminding Americans of ‘dangerous illegal immigrants’ let in by Biden will air in swing states ahead of State of the Union
A pro-ICE ad campaign highlighting “dangerous” criminal illegal immigrants who entered the U.S. during the Biden administration is set to air ahead of President Trump’s State of the Union address next week.
The 30-second spot, titled “Forget,” will run on national television and digital platforms this week, focusing on Washington, D.C., and the swing states of Georgia, Michigan, and North Carolina.
The ad is funded by American Sovereignty, a conservative nonprofit, with a seven-figure media buy. A female narrator says in the spot: “They want us to forget that for years they let dangerous criminals into our country. They want us to forget their names and who took them from us. They want to give dangerous illegal immigrants sanctuary, defying federal laws, causing chaos, and putting our safety at risk.”

She adds, “Enough is enough. We must let Immigration and Customs Enforcement do its job, removing dangerous criminals from our neighborhoods and keeping America safe.” The ad features headlines and images referencing the tragic deaths of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, Kayla Hamilton, Laken Riley, and Rachel Morin, all of whom were allegedly killed by criminal illegal immigrants who entered the country under the Biden administration.
It also references a Democratic judge in New Mexico who reportedly sheltered an alleged Tren de Aragua gang member and a Wisconsin judge convicted last year for obstructing ICE by helping an illegal immigrant evade arrest.
Earlier this month, American Sovereignty gained attention for putting up pro-ICE billboards in San Francisco ahead of the Super Bowl, sparking controversy in the liberal city.

The group’s new ad campaign comes after polling showed strong public support for deporting criminal illegal immigrants. A Public Opinion Strategies survey found that 79% of likely voters in swing states—including Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin—believe illegal immigrants convicted of crimes should be required to leave the U.S.
Polling firm Cygnal also found that 61% of Americans support deporting illegal immigrants compared with 34% opposed. A slightly smaller majority, 54%, expressed support for ICE actively enforcing federal immigration laws and carrying out deportation operations.
