HOT MIC: “I’ll F***ing Kill You…” Les Wexner’s Attorney Caught Warning Wexner

The House Oversight Committee released a five-hour deposition today of Leslie Wexner, co-founder of L Brands. Wexner, the billionaire behind Victoria’s Secret, was reportedly one of Jeffrey Epstein’s closest associates, with Epstein managing large sums of Wexner’s money and holding power of attorney over his fortune.

Rep. Robert Garcia stated that “approximately…a billion dollars” was either given to Epstein or provided in stocks by Wexner. Wexner also transferred a Manhattan property, the Herbert N. Straus House—valued between $56 million and $77 million—to Epstein.

During the deposition, released by the House Oversight GOP account on X, Wexner was asked if Epstein had other clients besides him. Wexner gave a detailed explanation of how Epstein handled and inventoried his estate:

“I didn’t count forks and spoons…Jeffrey said, ‘People could be walking out with forks and spoons.’ Gee, that’s a good idea. We should have an inventory.”

He added that he had hired a house manager who had previously worked at the U.S. Embassy in Rome.

At one point, Wexner’s attorney whispered to him while the microphone was still on:

“I’ll f***ing kill you if you answer another question with more than five words, ok?”

Both Wexner and his attorney laughed after returning to their seats.

Representative Jasmine Crockett also questioned Wexner about President Trump’s relationship with Epstein. She asked whether Wexner had ever witnessed Trump having a sexual relationship with someone introduced to him by Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. Wexner responded, “No.”

Crockett followed up, asking if Trump had ever discussed Epstein with Wexner, and if Epstein had ever discussed Trump with him. Wexner answered “No” to both questions.
