Retired NFL offensive lineman Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, model and influencer Haley Kalil, alleging that remarks she made during a livestream violated his privacy and caused personal and professional harm.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Carolina Panthers player claims Haley Kalil disclosed highly intimate details about their marriage during a November appearance on streamer Marlon Garcia’s “Mar-Athon” broadcast. During the conversation, she suggested that physical intimacy played a major role in the breakdown of their relationship and made comparisons that quickly circulated online. During that conversation, Haley Kalil—who filed for divorce in 2022 after seven years of marriage, per Page Six—said sex with the 6’7″ former NFL player left her “in tears” and compared his penis to “two coke cans, maybe even a third.”
Matt Kalil, 36, says the viral clip undermined his efforts to maintain a private life after retiring from professional football. The lawsuit states that the comments triggered widespread attention and intrusive public discussion about deeply personal matters. Kalil also alleges that his family members, including his current wife, have been subjected to disturbing and alarming messages as a result of the remarks.

The complaint accuses Haley Kalil, 33, of invasion of privacy for revealing what it describes as highly private facts, as well as unjust enrichment. Kalil claims she financially benefited from increased online engagement, traffic, and media coverage stemming from the broadcast. He is seeking a jury trial and damages exceeding $75,000.
Haley Kalil, who filed for divorce in 2022 after seven years of marriage, told TMZ she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the lawsuit. She said the legal action has been painful for both families and noted that during the same livestream she also spoke positively about her ex-husband, at one point calling him “the greatest guy in the world.”
