Golden Beach, FL – Police arrested a nude man on Christmas night after he broke into two multimillion-dollar homes in Golden Beach, including a $12 million property where he was discovered hiding in a garage.
Vladimir Demidovich, 26, of Hallandale Beach, faces two felony charges, according to Miami-Dade jail records.
The Golden Beach Police Department said both burglaries occurred on the 100 block of Ocean Boulevard. Officers responded to a report of a “naked white male” at the first home just before 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 25 and found Demidovich inside the garage. He told police his clothes were in a nearby residence.

Property records show the second home, where his clothes were located, has a market value exceeding $37 million. Police reported the house had been “disturbed,” with drinks consumed and clothing left on the second floor.
Investigators said Demidovich entered both homes without permission, consumed beverages, and “demonstrated intent to commit theft.” He was charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and criminal mischief.

According to WPLG, Demidovich was already out on felony bond from a previous criminal mischief case in June when he was arrested on Christmas night.
