OCALA, Fla. — A 37-year-old woman was arrested in Ocala after police say she was seen walking on a sidewalk without pants.

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, an Ocala Police Department officer was parked near the 2900 block of E. Highway 40 when they observed a woman on the sidewalk. According to the arrest report, her underwear was “around her knees, exposing her buttock and genital area.”

The woman was later identified as Kendra Ann Jones. The report also states that Jones was “actively drinking from a liquor bottle” that had been wrapped in a plastic bag. Officers confiscated a 375-milliliter bottle of Flash Point, noting that about 75% of its contents had already been consumed.

When officers attempted to speak with Jones, she reportedly became “combative” and was placed in handcuffs. She was arrested and booked into Marion County Jail, where she remains in custody. Her bond is set at $5,000.

Jones faces charges of exposure of sexual organs and public consumption in violation of city ordinances. Court records show she is being represented by a public defender. She has entered a written plea of “not guilty” and is scheduled to appear in Marion County Court at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
