Healthy couple in their 60s upset about family already calling dibs on their possessions
DEAR ABBY:
Our family has already begun choosing the items they want from our home after my wife and I are gone. They bring up the subject at every gathering and have even started marking the things they want. My wife and I are 67 and 68, in good health, and not planning on going anywhere soon. This behavior is starting to upset both of us. How can we get them to stop?
