ANOTHER ONE! Criminal Indian Illegal Alien Semi-Truck Driver Who Obtained CDL in California Kills Two People After Jackknifing Trailer in Oregon
BEND, Ore. — A semi-truck accident in Bend, Oregon, last week claimed the lives of two people after the driver lost control of his vehicle.
According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), on November 24, 2025, Rajinder Kumar, an undocumented immigrant from India, jackknifed his semi-truck on U.S. Highway 20, blocking both lanes. A Subaru Outback subsequently collided with the truck, killing the driver, William Micah Carter, and passenger Jennifer Lynn Lower.
DHS reports that Kumar entered the United States illegally near Lukeville, Arizona, on November 28, 2022, and was later issued a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California. He also received work authorization in 2023.
Kumar is now in Deschutes County Jail, facing charges of criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangering. Since Oregon is considered a sanctuary state, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says it will take all necessary steps to detain Kumar if he is released.
In a statement, DHS officials said they are reviewing the case while offering condolences to the families of the victims.

The American Trucking Industry has been gutted by unregulated immigration over the past five years. These “California ” drivers are part of an eco system that puts profit over safety. That puts greed before your family.

This is the latest in a series of semi-truck crashes involving drivers who are undocumented immigrants. In October, a similar crash in Southern California killed three people, and another fatal crash occurred in Florida earlier this year.
