Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk eerily predicted his own assassination years before he was fatally shot at a Utah event, according to text messages shared by Candace Owens.

Owens revealed screenshots from an April 6, 2018 conversation on her podcast, showing messages in which Kirk expressed a deep fear that his work with Turning Point USA might one day cost him his life.

“If I tell you the true prophecy I know in my gut it’s really sad,” Kirk wrote. “But I hope it’s wrong. Anyway, I am not sure if I will live to see the end of this revolution.”

“Since the beginning of TPUSA I knew in my gut that I might get wiped out at any time,” he added. “I cannot explain it. But I dream about it all the time. Like all the time.”

Kirk insisted he wasn’t being paranoid or emotional, saying, “Not really afraid of it but I’m just telling you what I know to be true.” Owens, who served as communications director for TPUSA from 2017 to 2019, said Kirk often spoke about his sense of mission and destiny.

In another message, Kirk compared himself to the biblical figure Moses — suggesting he might lead conservatives toward victory but not live to see the full result. “I might be Moses tho. I might not see this whole thing through lmao,” he wrote.

Kirk was shot and killed on September 10 during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University, in front of hundreds of attendees.

On her Monday podcast, Owens issued a cryptic warning to unnamed individuals she said had “betrayed Charlie,” urging them to “come clean.”

Owens and Kirk had a professional falling out years ago after, according to Newsmax host and TPUSA member Eric Bolling, Owens’ “theories got just a little bit too down the rabbit holes.”
