Candace Owens comes up with new theory on Charlie Kirk says Tyler Robinson has been framed, everything is a lie

Conservative commentator Candace Owens has introduced a new theory surrounding the death of Turning Point USA leader Charlie Kirk, suggesting that authorities have falsely accused Tyler Robinson of the killing.

According to Owens, multiple elements of the federal investigation are fabricated, including claims that Robinson is suicidal.

“I want to break this news immediately because it feels important and I think if I don’t break it immediately, something bad might happen,” Owens told her audience while teasing a major reveal scheduled for Monday. “Tyler Robinson is not suicidal. The entire narrative that was placed in the media about him having been suicidal is completely fictional, as are many other aspects of what we have been told. His father having ‘turned him in after a confession’ is also complete fiction. To the contrary, Tyler Robinson maintains his innocence and has never even been to the UVU campus.”

Owens further claimed that the only evidence presented publicly—a blurry image—does not depict Robinson, according to his family. “The federal government is lying about absolutely everything except for the fact that it is her gun,” she added, without specifying further.

This is not the first time Owens has advanced controversial claims about Kirk’s death. She previously alleged that hedge fund manager Bill Ackman pressured Kirk to travel to Israel and had threatened him during a private meeting in the Hamptons weeks before the murder.

Ackman firmly rejected her statements. “For the record, at no time have I ever threatened Charlie Kirk, Turning Point or anyone associated with him,” he said in response. “I have never blackmailed anyone, let alone Charlie Kirk. I have never offered Charlie or Turning Point any money in an attempt to influence Charlie’s opinion on anything. In fact, my interactions with Charlie Kirk have been extremely cordial, albeit limited, regretfully so, as I was very impressed by him and his work and I will sadly never see him again.”
