Kristi Noem’s cross-dressing husband allegedly bankrolled model’s lavish lifestyle, boob job in ‘bimbo bride’ quest
Kristi Noem’s husband, Bryon Noem, has been accused of financially supporting an OnlyFans model, Nicole Raccagno, including paying for cosmetic procedures, as part of what Raccagno described as a “bimbo bride” fantasy.
In an interview with the Daily Mail on Tuesday, Raccagno, 47, claimed that Bryon Noem repeatedly expressed romantic interest in her and offered to marry her shortly after his wife left her post as Homeland Security secretary.

“I seem to be falling in love with you. I do love you,” he allegedly wrote on March 10, while offering to pay for an additional breast augmentation. “I f—ing want to pay it. Because you’re the one that I love. I would love to marry you,” Raccagno said.
Raccagno, who lives in Las Vegas, said she first interacted with Noem in 2020 after he subscribed to her OnlyFans page using the name “Jason from Chicago.” She claims that at the peak of their arrangement, which reportedly lasted until last month, Noem paid her $1,500 per month.

He allegedly also helped cover her credit card debt and gave her expensive gifts such as designer bags and shoes.
“The arrangement was he’d get all my videos for $1,500 every month, to help me pay half my rent,” Raccagno said. She added that he funded cosmetic treatments including fillers and Botox, and that he often expressed admiration for her appearance.
Raccagno also claimed that Noem shared his own fetishes, including a desire to emulate her “bimbo” style. “Bryon was addicted to my bombshell Barbie curves and enormous breasts,” she said, noting that he mentioned owning a pink thong.

Raccagno said she discovered Noem’s identity in June after noticing his real name on PayPal transactions. Their interactions reportedly continued until March 23, just weeks before media reports highlighted Noem’s cross-dressing and “bimbofication” interests.
In their last messages, she said Noem wrote “Miss you” and “Would so love to date you.”

Noem has not publicly addressed the allegations. Following the initial reports, his wife said through a spokesperson that the family was “devastated” and “blindsided” by the revelations.
