WWE star’s brother vanishes after huge crash in San Francisco, wearing only one slipper

WWE wrestler Ashley Urbanski, who performs under the ring name Shotzi Blackheart, has made a public appeal for help after her brother disappeared following a car accident in San Francisco.

Her brother, 51-year-old Dean Urbanski, also called “Deano,” went missing after the crash, which took place on March 10 at approximately 1:45 p.m. According to Shotzi, Dean was last seen walking away from the scene wearing light blue jeans, a black shirt, a gray or blue long-sleeve, and only one brown/tan slipper, leaving him barefoot on the other foot. He also has distinctive tattoos on his neck.

Security footage captured Dean leaving his vehicle after the crash, which occurred near the Fort Mason and Marina District areas of San Francisco. “He may be confused or disoriented,” Shotzi said in a social media post.

The situation is particularly urgent because Dean requires daily dialysis. Shotzi noted that he may be suffering from Dialysis Disequilibrium Syndrome, a condition that can cause neurological symptoms and confusion following dialysis treatment.

“We are still frantically searching for our brother,” she wrote. “I will be in San Francisco distributing flyers to help locate Deano. Anyone who can assist in passing out flyers would be greatly appreciated.”

Authorities ask anyone with information about Dean’s whereabouts to contact the Park Police at 415-561-5505. Shotzi emphasized the importance of spreading awareness by sharing her brother’s missing person flyer.
