Deadly shooting as Snoop Dogg opens Nipsey Hussle’s new burger store

Authorities said the motive behind the shooting, along with the circumstances and suspect details, are still under investigation.
The Long Beach location, opened in partnership with the Broadus family — including rap icon Snoop Dogg — had just celebrated its grand opening. A large crowd gathered in Long Beach to see Snoop cut the ribbon. He even stepped behind the counter at one point, flipping burgers and greeting fans.
However, the festive atmosphere quickly took a turn.
Violence reportedly broke out shortly after the event. Video recorded by eyewitnesses shows at least one person being wheeled away on a stretcher.
The shooting remains an active investigation.
