WATCH: Never-before-seen video from Nancy Guthrie’s neighbor captures several cars driving nearby Tucson home night of kidnapping

Newly obtained surveillance footage from a neighbor of Nancy Guthrie shows multiple vehicles driving near her Tucson-area home during the early morning hours when investigators believe she was abducted.

The video, recorded by a street-facing Ring camera in the Catalina Foothills, was captured about seven minutes from Guthrie’s one-acre property. Time stamps indicate that 12 vehicles passed the home between 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. MST on Feb. 1 — the same day the 84-year-old was reported missing. Authorities believe the abduction occurred within that timeframe.

It is unclear whether any of the vehicles passed by more than once or if any traveled directly on Guthrie’s street. The camera is located approximately 2.5 miles from her residence, on a back road removed from major intersections.

Residents in the Catalina Hills community previously reported seeing a man behaving suspiciously near Guthrie’s home in the weeks before her disappearance. One neighbor described him as younger and oddly dressed, with his hat pulled low over his eyes. She said he did not appear to be someone simply out for a walk and “just didn’t fit” the neighborhood.

Earlier doorbell camera footage from Guthrie’s home showed a masked man lingering on her front porch the night authorities believe she was taken. After appearing to notice the camera recording, the man attempted to block it using tree branches. He was seen wearing a black Ozark Trail Hiker backpack.

Investigators later recovered items near the home, including black gloves. Some neighbors also pointed out a white van that had been parked on the street in the days before Guthrie disappeared. However, authorities have not publicly identified any specific suspicious vehicles connected to the case.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI continue to lead the investigation. Officials recently conducted what was described as a final sweep for evidence at Guthrie’s home. Evidence collected from the property, including traces of blood, remains under forensic review. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said DNA analysis could take up to a year to complete.

As of 25 days after Guthrie’s disappearance, no suspects have been identified. Her children — including “Today” show co-host Savannah Guthrie — have announced a $1 million reward for information leading to her safe return.
