Creep doctor is stripped of his license after heinous sex acts on female patients: ‘Didn’t even wear gloves’
A top California surgeon has had his medical license revoked after a sexual assault on a patient was revealed.
The Medical Board of California stripped Dr. Victor Lynn Perry of his credentials on Tuesday following allegations that he inappropriately touched a female patient.
The incident reportedly occurred in September 2021, when the woman visited Perry’s Fresno office for a follow-up after neck surgery and mentioned sciatic nerve pain. According to board documents, Perry pressed on the front of her groin in “small, half-circular motions” and moved down “groin, inside her thigh.” He allegedly told the patient, “It’s OK. You’re OK. I’m just adjusting.” The records state the patient was wearing a menstrual pad at the time, which Perry removed before inserting his fingers without gloves.

The patient ended the examination abruptly and left a note for the receptionist that read, “Dr. Perry just totally violated me.”
In addition to losing his license, Perry has been ordered to pay $65,926 to cover costs related to the investigation and enforcement.
Under California’s Assembly Bill 1636, any physician found guilty of sexual misconduct is permanently barred from regaining a medical license in the state. The revocation means Perry is no longer legally permitted to practice medicine in California.
