Viral video shows anti-ICE school walkout teens invading supermarket, hurling objects

A video showing students causing damage inside a grocery store in Cincinnati on Wednesday has spread widely online after a school walkout tied to an anti-ICE protest.

The footage, recorded by shopper McAdrian Martin, shows a group of youths running through aisles at a Kroger location and throwing items toward the ceiling. Martin said the objects appeared to be beer cans and other alcoholic beverages taken from shelves. A store security guard can be heard ordering the students to leave.

In the video, a female customer tells Martin that one protester was carrying a sign reading “F ICE,” apparently referring to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She adds that the group went directly to the beer section and began throwing merchandise.

According to local reports, students had walked out of classes in the North College Hill City School District as part of a protest against ICE enforcement policies. The district condemned the store incident in a Facebook post and shared the viral video, calling the behavior disturbing and saying families “should be embarrassed.” Officials said they were working with the North College Hill Police Department to identify those involved and pursue disciplinary action.

Interim police chief Craig Chaney also issued a statement acknowledging that peaceful protest is a constitutional right while emphasizing that officers intervened when conduct threatened safety and property. Police said most students demonstrated peacefully, but stepped in once disorder began affecting the store and its customers.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Martin described the group as loud and disruptive, alleging they damaged the store ceiling and struck one man in the head with a thrown object. He said the injury did not require medical attention but left the customer upset.

Martin said those responsible should face legal consequences, arguing that the incident created an unsafe environment for shoppers and staff.

The school district did not respond to additional requests for comment.
