ICE Lodges Arrest Detainer Against Criminal Illegal Alien Monsters for Beating, Sodomizing, and Ripping Fingernails Off Victim During Brutal Home Invasion in North Carolina
Authorities in Pitt County have arrested two Mexican nationals who are in the United States without legal status in connection with a violent home invasion and assault that left a man seriously injured.
According to investigators, Zaid Mayen-Esteban and Jonathan David Garcia-Larios allegedly forced their way into the victim’s home on February 11 while armed with a sharp-edged weapon and restrained him. Authorities say the victim was severely beaten and sexually assaulted during the attack.
The victim was transported to Eastern Carolina University Medical Center for treatment and survived his injuries.
More “non criminals.”
On Feb 12, these two illegal aliens from Mexico broke into a North Carolina home where they beat, sodomized and ripped off the fingernails of their victim.
Neither had a criminal record (outside of breaking our nation’s immigration laws.)

Two days later, deputies working with the U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested the suspects. They face multiple felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or cause serious injury, burglary, kidnapping, and sexual assault.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed immigration detainers on both men. Officials said both entered the country unlawfully at unknown times, and that Garcia-Larios had previously been removed from the United States in 2024 before re-entering without authorization.
In a statement, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin called the attack “a real-life nightmare” and said the suspects “should not have been in this country.” She added that, under the leadership of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, enforcement efforts aim to identify and remove people in the country unlawfully.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security also noted that victims of crimes involving non-citizens may seek assistance through its Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE) by calling 1-855-488-6423.
