Slow Cooker Cube Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients

2 lbs cube steaks

1 packet onion soup mix

1 packet brown gravy mix
-
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 large onion, sliced
Instructions

Prepare the slow cooker:
Place the cube steaks in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker. -
Add seasonings:
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown gravy mix evenly over the steaks. -
Layer ingredients:
Top with sliced onion, then spread the cream of mushroom soup over the onions and steaks.
Gently stir or spread so the steaks are mostly covered with the soup mixture. -
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the cube steaks are tender and the gravy is thickened.
