Geist von Panzer vs. The Knee: Round 1
Our friend Geist von Panzer had a rough Wednesday—she fell and busted her knee, and she says it’s sooooo painful. Doctors have her in an acute physical rehab facility for at least three weeks. Because of where the break is—right at the “knuckle” where it meets the femur—she has to be completely non-weight bearing and braced for 2–3 weeks before she can even think about crutches. Don’t worry, though—we’ll all be here to keep her company until she can escape (and yes, we’ll be counting the minutes with her!). We’ll be thinking of her constantly and keeping her in our prayers, including a special Detroit prayer we’ll be saying for her at TNBD. Hang in there, Geist—we’ve got you!
