Houston-area custom car influencer ‘Kandy Red Bread’ arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting toddler on video

A prominent social media figure in Houston’s custom car scene has been arrested and charged in connection with disturbing allegations involving a young child.
Victor L. Corey Paillet III, 40, is facing first-degree felony charges after investigators say they obtained video evidence related to the alleged assault of a 2-year-old. According to court records, the evidence was discovered by a woman who said she found the video while looking through Paillet’s phone.
The woman told investigators she checked the phone after Paillet had been drinking and fell asleep, saying she felt something was wrong. She said the first video she opened was recorded the morning before it was discovered and lasted nearly eight minutes.
Paillet was arrested last week at a home in Porter. The woman later provided KPRC 2 with surveillance footage showing the arrest on the home’s front porch. In the video, a woman can be heard yelling accusations at Paillet as he is led away in handcuffs.
Following the investigation, authorities charged Paillet with first-degree felony aggravated sexual assault of a child and promotion of child pornography. He is currently being held without bond.

Court records indicate detectives uncovered information suggesting Paillet may have harmed other children, and the investigation remains ongoing.
Paillet is known on social media as “Kandy Red Bread” and has built a large following by showcasing customized vehicles inspired by Houston car culture. His Instagram account has more than 62,000 followers and features cars with signature modifications such as candy paint, slabs, and swangas. His TikTok bio reads, “Love yourself and don’t trust nobody.”
According to court documents, Paillet has a criminal history dating back to 2004, including convictions for drug possession, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and obstructing highways. He is also known by the aliases “Kandy Red” and “Kandy Red Bread” and has connections in both Houston and Louisiana.
