“Do You Know Who I Am?…You’re a D**k…I’m Going to Get You Motherf**ker” – Entitled Democrat Goes on Nasty Tirade After Getting Busted for Drunk Driving (VIDEO)

A Rhode Island Democratic Party official was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop last week, according to court records and police reports.

Maria A. Bucci, 51, the chairwoman of the Cranston Democratic Committee and a former mayoral candidate, was arrested on December 18 after officers pulled her over during a traffic stop, The Daily Mail reported.

Court documents obtained by The Boston Globe state that officers observed Bucci with “severely bloodshot, glassy and watery eyes” and detected “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside the vehicle.” Police initiated field sobriety testing at the scene.

According to the reports, Bucci repeatedly questioned officers about whether they knew who she was and became increasingly confrontational during the stop. Officers noted that she interrupted the sobriety tests, made personal remarks toward them, and attempted to contact a relative during the encounter.

Police records indicate that Bucci also referenced her political connections and made comments about race while disputing her treatment during the stop. At one point, she questioned officers about whether they intended to use force.

After continued resistance to the sobriety testing, Officer Anthony St. Laurent placed Bucci under arrest. Police reports state that she responded with insults directed at the officer during the arrest process.

Authorities said the behavior continued after Bucci was transported to police headquarters, where she allegedly made additional abusive statements toward officers during booking.

Bucci was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and later released on a $1,000 bond, according to The Daily Mail.
