In one of the more bizarre legal claims to surface this week, a new lawsuit alleges that actor John Travolta is the biological father of Elvis Presley’s great-grandson.

According to TMZ, the claim appears in a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse, a former business associate of Priscilla Presley. While Kruse’s suit primarily accuses Priscilla Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, of breaching a contract, the filing includes explosive assertions about the parentage of Travolta’s 15-year-old son, Ben.

Kruse alleges she learned of the supposed arrangement from Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of the late Lisa Marie Presley. The lawsuit claims that Travolta’s late wife, Kelly Preston, was unable to conceive and that the couple initially attempted to have a child using Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs. The court filing does not state whether that attempt resulted in a pregnancy.

The lawsuit further claims that a later agreement involved Lisa Marie’s daughter, actress Riley Keough, who allegedly donated her eggs so Preston and Travolta could have a child. Kruse asserts Keough was compensated with an older Jaguar vehicle and between $10,000 and $20,000.

As part of the filing, Kruse included a handwritten note referencing “CA Fertility Partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” along with a text message that allegedly refers to Ben as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson.”

Attorneys for Priscilla Presley have strongly denied the claims, calling them “outrageous.” The allegations arise amid an ongoing legal battle that began in 2023, when Priscilla Presley sued Kruse and others, accusing them of fraud and elder abuse—claims Kruse has denied. A representative for John Travolta has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.
