PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Johnson & Wales University is set to be featured prominently in the upcoming episode of the Fox culinary competition “Hell’s Kitchen,” the university announced.

According to the school, the show’s red and blue teams will compete for the chance to have their dishes included on the tasting menu for a special dinner service honoring Johnson & Wales University’s long-standing reputation in culinary and hospitality education.

The episode airs Thursday at 8 p.m. on Fox.

The university also highlighted that three of this season’s 20 contestants on “Hell’s Kitchen: Battle of the States” are JWU alumni: Antonio Wormley representing New Hampshire, Anaiya Lane representing Delaware, and Chris Faison representing New Jersey.
