FBI offers $50k reward for info leading to capture of NJ sicko who butchered coworker and her 6-year-old son
The FBI has intensified its search for the man who brutally murdered a mother and her 6-year-old son in South Jersey, offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
Nazeer Hameed, 37, fatally stabbed Sasikala Narra, 38, and her young son Anish in March 2017 at the Fox Meadow Apartments in Maple Shade, where he and the victims both lived. Six months after the killings, Hameed fled to India, authorities said. Years later, DNA testing linked him to the crime, and he was charged in absentia.

Investigators have yet to determine a motive for the killings. Hameed came under suspicion after authorities learned he had previously been accused of stalking Narra.
The victims’ husband discovered the bodies upon returning home from a work event. Investigators found a lone droplet of blood at the scene that didn’t match either victim. After years of trying to obtain a DNA sample, Hameed’s employer, Cognizant Technology Solutions, provided his laptop, which contained the sample needed to file charges.

“We call upon the United States government and the government of India to take swift and decisive action to ensure that this individual is extradited without delay,” Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw told ABC News.
Family attorney Donald Browne described the crime as “shocking more than anything else” and praised law enforcement for their persistence. “The family is very appreciative of all the authorities. That they didn’t give up. That they kept fighting,” he said.
