EPIC! President Trump Walks Saudi Prince Next to Presidential Walk of Fame, Shows Him Biden’s Autopen Portrait (VIDEO)
President Trump is hosting Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister at the White House today for a series of meetings, including a bilateral discussion on defense partnerships and artificial intelligence investments.
The visit marks a notable diplomatic return for the crown prince, who had not traveled to the United States since 2018, the year Saudi agents killed and dismembered Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi in Istanbul. U.S. intelligence later concluded that the crown prince had ordered the killing. While the Biden administration refrained from taking direct action against him, President Trump has engaged with the crown prince as a business and strategic partner.
Ahead of the visit, several U.S.-Saudi agreements were in progress, including initiatives on artificial intelligence, a mutual defense pact, and a potential framework giving Saudi Arabia access to U.S. nuclear technology.
President Trump is expected to highlight Saudi Arabia’s earlier pledge to invest roughly $600 billion in the United States, an announcement made during his visit to Riyadh in May.
The leaders are set to sign agreements aimed at strengthening Saudi Arabia’s artificial intelligence sector through investment in American technology, and to advance plans allowing the kingdom to develop nuclear power—potentially including uranium enrichment. President Trump also confirmed plans to sell Saudi Arabia F-35 fighter jets.
“They’ve been a great ally,” President Trump said during an Oval Office press conference. “We will be doing that. We’ll be selling F-35s.”
