A Florida man allegedly threatened to eat his neighbor’s dog and stab the woman after she called authorities during a heated property dispute, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
Minor Catledge reportedly confronted his neighbor on Friday as she walked her dog along a public path near what he claimed was his property. During the encounter, Catledge allegedly warned that he would “eat her dog” if she trespassed, police said. The woman contacted law enforcement, and officers spoke with Catledge about the dispute, seemingly resolving the issue.

However, roughly an hour later, Catledge allegedly returned to the neighbor’s home carrying a knife and began threatening her and her family. Interlachen police responded, and the woman told officers that Catledge had threatened to stab her for involving the authorities, according to the sheriff’s office.
After his arrest, Catledge reportedly told a deputy that he planned to “beat” the victim once he was released from jail.
Catledge was booked on an aggravated assault charge. His mugshot shows him with disheveled hair and a frown. He is currently being held at Putnam County Jail on $5,000 bond.
