Woke Actress Ariana Grande’s Attempt to Embarrass Trump Supporters Backfires

One of Hollywood’s most outspoken actresses thought she could score points by mocking President Trump’s supporters online — but the effort quickly backfired.
Pop star and “Wicked” actress Ariana Grande took to Instagram on Sunday with a lengthy post criticizing the Trump administration on issues like immigration, transgender policies, and free speech. She then posed what she clearly thought was a devastating question aimed at the president’s 77 million voters.

Her message read in part: “I want to check in with Trump voters. It’s been 250 days. Now that immigrants have been violently torn from their families and communities have been destroyed, now that trans people have been blamed for virtually everything and live in fear, now that free speech is on the brink of collapse — has your life gotten better? Have your groceries gotten cheaper? Has your health insurance premium gone down? Has your work/life balance improved? Can you take a vacation yet? Are you happier? Has the widespread suffering of others paid off for you in the way he promised it would, or are you still waiting?”
Instead of embarrassing Trump supporters, Grande’s post sparked a flood of confident responses. Supporters proudly listed the accomplishments of President Trump since taking office, pointing to economic improvements, stronger borders, and a renewed sense of national pride after what many described as four failed years under Joe Biden.
Others ridiculed Grande for being disconnected from everyday Americans, laughing off her attempt to shame them and highlighting how out of touch Hollywood elites often appear.
Here are some of the most memorable replies:
