FIRED! FEMA Official Caught on Undercover Video Laughing About Assassination of Charlie Kirk, Said He “Kind of Deserved It”
On Friday, the O’Keefe Media Group released undercover footage allegedly showing a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) official making inappropriate remarks about the recent killing of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.
In the video, Sean Kelly, identified as a section chief at FEMA, is heard making light of Kirk’s death, reportedly saying, “[He] kind of deserved it,” and referring to Kirk as a “lunatic.”

Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot earlier this week during an event at Utah Valley University. He is survived by his wife and two children.
When asked by the undercover journalist how FEMA staff felt about the shooting, Kelly allegedly responded, “Everybody is kind of laughing.”

Following the release of the footage, a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security confirmed to O’Keefe Media Group that Sean Kelly is being terminated from his position.
