Local doctor convicted of practicing medicine without a license for home genital exams
CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A local man has been found guilty of practicing medicine with only a training license for luring men to his apartment to perform ultrasounds on their genitals.
Rudel Saunders was convicted Tuesday after a bench trial.
According to complaints, Saunders told the men he needed to complete a certain number of ultrasounds for a training program.
The medical board said that wasn’t true.
Saunders allegedly performed the ultrasounds in his bedroom apartment with no supervision.
In April, Saunders was acquitted of sexual imposition and voyeurism charges in connection to this case.
