By shaving corn close to the cob, you get perfect little “riblets” – with a blast of spices and a little bit of cheese, these will be the new potluck favorite.

Ingredients

4 ears
Corn
4 Tbsp
Olive Oil
4 Tbsp
Grated Parmesan Cheese
plus extra for garnish
2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
to taste
Fresh Cilantro
for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a small bowl, combine Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Paprika (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Olive Oil (4 Tbsp).

Use a sharp knife to cut Corn (4 ears) vertically into quarters like riblets.

Brush the ribs with spice oil.

Sprinkle the Grated Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) on the ribs.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until strips are fully cooked and tender.
