How to Make Emeril Lagasse’s Tarte Flambée

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Boursin cheese spread
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1 cup cooked chopped smoked bacon
- 1/3 cup caramelized onions
- 1 12-inch round pizza dough or puff pastry, prebaked
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix Boursin and cream cheese together.
- Spread evenly on pre-baked dough.
- Add onions evenly, then bacon.
- Top with gruyère.
- Bake for 5 to 8 minutes (ovens may vary), until cheese is bubbly.
