Deer hunting is out of control

Hunters use the old spiel “we eat what we hunt,” but the real reason they’re in it is they find fun in killing and doing cruelty to another species. I don’t know of any in it for need. Most hunting is done from the comfort of heated four-wheel drive trucks parked around on country roads, while a few comrades walk the fields to scare animals out. Then the trucks give chase to head off and shoot the animals from the road. They shoot into fields without permission. This is just standard hunting nowadays. Iowa lawmakers have removed what ethical laws that were over them and given them whatever they want. They’d allow them to use machine guns and helicopters if hunters had them. Iowa lawmakers know where their election funding comes from, and it does not come from animal rights activists. Deer are purposely managed at high population by methods and laws to insure there are plenty of live targets for next year. This has caused deer-vehicle crashes, deaths to cyclists, injuries, higher insurance rates, and that army of armed strangers in fields and on roads in motor vehicles tearing around the mile.
