Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients
3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1-1/2 cups celery, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs
3 sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cream
Directions
Mix chicken, celery and pickles. Chop eggs and add to mixture. Mix cream and mayonnaise; add to chicken mixture. Serve on buns with a slice of cheese and lettuce.
